Dr. Todd McNiff is the founder and medical director of Sullivan Medical Midtown established in 2009 to provide compassionate, inclusive healthcare tailored to New York City’s LGBTQ+ community, with a focus on Gay men’s health.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. McNiff specializes in HIV prevention and treatment, PrEP management, and primary care. He holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University, a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Tropical Medicine from Tulane, and a medical degree from Ross University. He completed his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and serves as an attending physician at NYU Langone Medical Center.
A published author in HIV medicine, Dr. McNiff is committed to advancing LGBTQ+ healthcare and creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels supported and respected.

Dr. Evan Rausch is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and an HIV specialist certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He specializes in LGBTQ+ care with a strong focus on gay men’s health, HIV treatment, and PrEP management.
Dr. Rausch studied English and Global Health at Northwestern University and earned his medical degree from Columbia University. He completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where he deepened his commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care. He is passionate about building strong, affirming relationships with his patients and helping them navigate their health with confidence and dignity.
Evan Rausch , MD
Dr. Conor O'Day is a board-certified Family Medicine physician trained at Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City. He specializes in preventive primary care for gay men, with interests in sexual health, HIV prevention and PrEP, cardiometabolic health, and evidence-based wellness.
Before medical school, he conducted NIH-funded research in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to five peer-reviewed publications. Dr. O'Day earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and his medical degree from St. George's University. He has lived and practiced in New York City since 2020.

Chloe Godwin-Gorga, MD
Dr. Chloe Godwin is an integrative primary care physician certified by both the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine. Her holistic approach to health began at Brown University, where she studied community health and developed a passion for comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Godwin has called Brooklyn home for the past 14 years. She specializes in women’s health, thyroid health, and integrative primary care, combining evidence-based medical practices with holistic wellness strategies to support patients on their health journeys.
Scott Nelson is a Physician Assistant at Sullivan Medical Midtown specializing in HIV medicine, LGBTQ+ healthcare, and primary care. With experience in chronic disease management and a passion for providing inclusive, high-quality care, he focuses on the health needs of Gay men and the LGBTQ+ community. Before relocating to New York, Scott practiced at Gila Internal Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, and volunteered at the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS, offering outreach, testing, and education.
Scott holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University-Glendale and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biotechnology from Brigham Young University. He is certified in ACLS and BLS, with active licenses in both New York and Arizona. Fluent in English and Spanish, he continues his professional development to stay current in his field.
His expertise includes HIV prevention, LGBTQ+ healthcare, chronic disease management, cardiology, and travel health.

Dr. Marieme Mbaye is a board-certified gynecologist with over 10 years of experience who is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients through every stage of life.
She has a special interest in contraception, abnormal bleeding, menopause, sexual and reproductive health, preventive care, and minimally invasive office procedures.
Dr. Mbaye believes that the best healthcare starts with listening, and she takes the time to ensure every patient feels informed, respected, and empowered to make confident decisions about their health.
Paul Hogue is a Physician Assistant at Sullivan Medical Midtown committed to delivering inclusive, affirming primary care with a focus on Gay men’s health and the broader LGBTQ+ community. He is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing all aspects of their health, including sexual health, HIV prevention, and long-term wellness.
Paul previously practiced at NYU Langone Health, where he cared for diverse adult populations in primary care and internal medicine settings. His clinical experience includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based HIV prevention and treatment, including PrEP management. He emphasizes education, shared decision-making, and building lasting patient relationships rooted in trust and respect.
Paul earned his Physician Assistant degree and is nationally certified through the NCCPA. He is dedicated to staying current with advancements in LGBTQ+ healthcare and is proud to be part of a practice that understands and prioritizes the unique health needs of Gay men.
